Terms for the After Loss Logistics text messaging program

1. Agreement to These Terms

By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from After Loss Logistics (a DBA of PlannedTogether LLC) (“After Loss Logistics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions. These terms apply only to our text messaging program and supplement any other agreement that may apply to our services.

2. SMS Messaging Service

When you provide a mobile number and consent to customer care text messaging, we may send messages relating to:

·    Two-way customer care and responses to your questions;

·    Service-related updates, task or status notifications, and follow-up messages;

·    Requests for information or documents needed to provide the administrative support you requested; and

·    Other account or engagement notifications directly related to your relationship with After Loss Logistics.

We do not use SMS to provide legal, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Text messages are not a substitute for formal written instructions or secure document transmission.

3. Consent and Eligibility

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services.

If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us promptly so that messages are not sent to another person.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service needs. You will typically receive 1 to 8 business-initiated messages per month, although the number may be higher during an active service period, around an appointment, or when you initiate a conversation that requires multiple replies.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request was processed. After that confirmation, we will not send additional SMS messages unless you provide new consent.

You may also request to stop text messages by emailing us at team@afterlosslogistics.com. Opting out of text messages does not cancel appointments, service agreements, invoices, or other obligations, and we may communicate with you through another method when appropriate.

8. Sensitive Information and Security

SMS is not a secure method for transmitting sensitive information. Do not send Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, passwords, access codes, medical records, death certificates, legal documents, or other confidential records by text. When documents or sensitive details are needed, use the secure method we provide.

9. Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Messaging Privacy Policy. Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purpose. 10. Availability and Delivery

Text messaging may not be available on all devices or through all wireless carriers. We are not responsible for charges, errors, delays, security limitations, or undelivered messages caused by your carrier, device, network conditions, or third-party service providers.

11. Changes to the SMS Program or These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
