2. Information We Collect
When you opt in to or communicate through our text messaging program, we may collect:
· Your mobile phone number;

· Message content, messaging history, delivery information, and customer support records; and
· Limited service-related information you choose to provide in a message.
3. How We Collect Information

· Complete an online contact, intake, booking, or consent form;
· Provide your mobile number directly to us and affirmatively agree to receive text messages;

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent information may be provided to vendors that help us deliver or administer messages, but only for those operational purposes and not for the vendor’s independent marketing.
6. Your Choices and Controls
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final confirmation message. You may reply HELP for assistance or email team@afterlosslogistics.com. You may also contact us to request correction of inaccurate contact information or to ask questions about our messaging records, subject to applicable law and record-retention obligations.
7. Data Retention
We retain messaging information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal and carrier requirements, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is maintained.
8. Security and Sensitive Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No text messaging system is completely secure.
